The staff at Platon Hotel were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me during my stay.

If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more visible staff presence. Although the staff at Platon Hotel were friendly and accommodating, it would have been reassuring to see them more frequently around the hotel, especially for older guests who may require assistance.
